SHIPPING
BEDS
For a limited time, any Horizontal Bed purchased during the Bonus Offer, and, any Bedding products delivered with your Horizontal Bed are shipped free of charge within Canada and the United States. Clients also receive valuable BONUS GIFTS ( see HORIZONTAL BED ). In some North American locations, your bed may be set up for you following delivery. The Free Shipping Offer and the Order Bonus Offers are time limited offers, and quantities are finite.
DESTINATIONS including United Kingdom, The European Union, Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan are subject to shipping charges. Once your Bed order is placed, we will provide you a shipping quote before processing your order.
BEDDING
In CANADA, all Bedding orders over $400 CDN are shipped free of charge. Orders under $400 CDN are shipped at a flat rate of $25 CDN. Bedding is shipped primarily via Canada Post.
In THE UNITED STATES, more specifically the continental USA, all Bedding orders over $300 USD are shipped free of charge. Orders under $300 USD are shipped at a flat rate of approximately $18 USD; the flat rate adjusts to align with the daily currency conversion rate relative to the Canadian Dollar. Bedding is shipped primarily via USPS.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Where ever you live, Horizontal takes all reasonable steps to facilitate smooth, ‘carbon light’ delivery of your order. We do not control actions of customs officials in other countries. If import duties or sales tax apply, the shipping carrier and/or their customs agent will collect at/before the time of delivery to the Purchaser.
We are not required to collect sales tax from our American clients because Horizontal does not have a “sales tax nexus” within the United States, and, as the USMCA (formerly NAFTA) applies, it is unlikely our American clients will face much, if any, customs duty.
In all countries excepting Canada, we do not collect any taxes or duties from our clients at this time. Should taxes or duties be applied by a government authority, they are solely the responsibility of the Purchaser.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Horizontal is one of the most environmentally aware manufacturers on Earth. To keep waste near to nothing, almost all orders are made to order; little is wasted and less carbon gets burned. We typically ship Bedding 7 to 9 days following order placement, providing all materials are in stock. Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date, and thereafter provide you with a tracking number. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us by email and communicate your needs. We will do our best to accommodate you.
We ask that you do not request shipment by air, because carbon emissions associated with air shipments are especially harmful to all forms of life (and besides, our superior products are definitely worth the wait!).
We respond to email inquiries next day, Monday through Friday, excepting holidays.
